Today, pregnancy ultrasound is a common procedure to monitor fetal
development as well as the health of both baby and mother. 4D ultrasound is becoming the most used in the family of ultrasounds and it shows the developing baby in real time, so the baby's features, mannerisms and habits can be seen. Manufacturers include GE, Siemens, Philips, Acuson, Medison, Toshiba, and others.
